Jacqueline Roche DrPH, MHS, OT/L Global Policy at J&J

Jacqueline Roche is a Senior Director of Health Policy and Reimbursement and Global Policy Planning within the Global Health Policy team in Johnson & Johnson’s corporate Government Affairs and Policy office. Jacqueline’s areas of focus include coverage and reimbursement policy and strategy, value-based payment models, and the impact of key laws and regulations including the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Medicare payment reform (MACRA) on Johnson & Johnsons operating companies. Jacqueline provides key thought leadership on the major health reforms germane to the U.S. market and is a subject matter expert in Medicare, Medicaid, the ACA and role of quality metrics in the major payment programs.

Jacqueline joined J&J after nearly ten years at the US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where she played a critical role in the agency’s implementation of the ACA. Jacqueline is also an Occupational Therapist with experience in the direct provision of clinical care in a variety of health care environments including: acute care hospitals; psychiatric ERs; skilled nursing facilities; home care; and school-based services. Jacqueline holds a Doctorate of Public Health, in Health Leadership and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and also serves as a Standing Advisory Committee Member for the Maryland Health Exchange and for the Value of Life Sciences Innovation at the USC Schaeffer Center.

Rebecca Silbermann, M.D., M.M.S.

Dr. Silbermann cares for patients with multiple myeloma and other plasma cell disorders including AL amyloidosis and POEMS at Oregon Health & Science University, where she leads the multiple myeloma program. She is particularly interested in myeloma bone disease and preservation of function in elderly myeloma patients.

Her clinical research program focuses on novel drug targets and drug combinations for patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma. She completed her hematology and medical oncology training at the University of Pittsburgh and previously served on the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh and Indiana University before moving to OHSU in 2017.
